TrustCasino is an independent directory that ranks licensed online casinos against a fixed catalog of publicly verifiable signals - regulatory licences, third-party audits, ownership disclosure, payout behaviour, complaint history, and player-protection tooling. Each signal carries a source link and a verification date.

The Site is editorial. It is not a brokerage, a payment processor, a gambling operator, or a regulator.

You may use the Site only if you are of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (at least 18, and 21 in some regions) and only in jurisdictions where accessing information about online gambling is lawful. You are responsible for understanding the law that applies to you.

Trust scores, tier labels (“Excellent,” “Good,” and so on), and written commentary are editorial assessments based on information available to us at the time of verification. They are not:

• a recommendation to gamble at any particular operator or to gamble at all;
• a promise that any operator will pay out, remain solvent, or remain licensed;
• financial, legal, or tax advice.

We work hard to verify each signal against a primary source - most often a regulator’s licensee register, an audit firm’s published report, or the operator’s own legally required disclosures. Despite this, source documents change, registers update on a delay, and human error happens. The Site is provided “as is,” without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

If you believe a signal is wrong or out of date, email corrections@trustcasino.online. We treat correction requests as a priority.

Some outbound links to operators may include a referral or affiliate parameter. Where this is the case, it is disclosed on the page that contains the link. Affiliate relationships do not influence:

• which operators appear in the directory;
• their trust score or tier;
• their position in any ranking or filter.

Scoring is computed from the same fixed signal catalog for every operator. Editorial cannot override the score; only verified data changes it.

You may read, link to, and quote short excerpts of Site content with attribution. You may not:

• scrape the Site at a rate that interferes with normal operation;
• republish substantial portions of the directory without permission;
• use Site content to train commercial machine-learning models without a written licence;
• misrepresent a TrustCasino assessment (for example, presenting a tier badge an operator has not actually earned).

The Site links to operator websites, regulator registers, audit reports, and news articles. We do not control those resources and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustCasino is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including any losses incurred at a gambling operator. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us to use the Site (which, for a free directory, is zero) and (b) the minimum amount required by applicable law.

We may update these terms as the Site evolves. The latest version governs your use of the Site from the “Effective” date shown above.
